Penny Party Dress

A lovely blue and white striped dress for girls by iDO Baby, made in soft and lightweight cotton seersucker. This sweet design has ruffle sleeves and a full skirt with a contrast white hem. The waist is trimmed with a large bow on the front and it fastens with a concealed zip on the back. Fully lined in voile for comfort, it has a further tulle lining for extra volume.
